BarSu has “eat, play, dance” as its theme.

Our menu is designed for sharing and making food an integral part of the night out. But no hard chairs or mechanical waiters; just good food, drink and song when you want and as often as you want it. 

Our innovative menu was devised by world renowned 2 stars Belgian chef, Yves Mattagne. Our dishes will be the subject of conversation throughout the night including sushi, tempura, yakitori, fresh oysters, seared fish and meats, tapas, wapas and tempting sweet treats, such as Seared Scallops with Wasabi Flavored Mash, Duck Liver on Tuna Maki, Chilled Tomato Soup with Olive Oil and Basil Sherbet. 

Dishes from the open kitchen at BarSu are savory but still light enough to keep people on their toes as they dance the week's worries away and keep them away with fine wine & fruity cocktails.
