BarSu has broken the mold of old style dining clubs in 2007. Employing a global team of designers who took the best from Japan, USA and Europe, BarSu has fused it all together here in the City of Angels. The design is elegant contemprorary and sure to set the trend in 2007 and beyond.

A unique conglomeration of fusion food, exotic wines and a cross-pollination of musical tastes will appeal to the over 30's Bangkok crowd who are looking to go where no BKK club has gone before…

Eat  BarSu cuisine reflects the diversity of its clientele. Our menu was created by Yves Mattagne, a world renown chef who displays his two star abilities nightly with his unique fusion creations. Yves culinary delights include sushi, tempura, yakitori, fresh oysters & seared fish. Tapas, wapas and other devlishly sweet delights are chopped together in the open faced kitchen where dining becomes spectacle as well as an awakening for the taste buds.

Play  BarSu serves and a wide range of exotic and signature cocktails. A posh wine area is the place to sample fruity New World wines and the more subtle Old World favourites. In the main bar, our award winning barman / multi-mixologist, Filippo Baldan, blends his juices with deftness and showmanship. Considerable attention has been paid to sound engineering in BarSu. Different areas allow guests to meet, greet or grind throughout the evening. Private rooms are also available for those more intimate get-togethers. 

Dance  BarSu differs from its predecessors with its approach to music: no deafening drum and bass. The BarSu sound plays through the spectrum of soul, funk & rock, as well as a few odd tracks from the 70s and 80s. There will be no deafening back-ground techno here. Just great beats to nod your head and tap your neighbour's feet to.
